Our rooms

From when can one occupy the rooms/apartments?
The rooms are ready to occupy from 15:00.

 

By what time must the rooms be vacated?
The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.

 

Can rooms also be booked for 1 night?
Yes, the rooms can also be booked for one night depending on availability.

 

Is a late arrival possible?
The reception is staffed until 23:00.

 

Are there non-smoking/smoking rooms?
All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

 

Are there beds for people with allergies?
We also offer beds for people with allergies upon request.

 

What is the maximum number of people than can use the apartments?
The apartments can be used by a maximum of 6 people.

Our house

How far is it to the ski lift?
In our advertising, we say that guests can “ski in”. This can be taken literally in our case. In normal snow conditions, you can do a downhill turn directly to the hotel, and can even ski directly to the lift from the hotel. (Access to the valley station Schlegelkopfbahn 1+2 or 120 metres to the valley station Hinterwies)

 

What time is breakfast?
We serve breakfast from 7:30 to approx. 10:15.

 

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
You are welcome to bring along your darling, € 10.00 per day without feed.

 

What are the opening times of the wellness area?
Our wellness area is open daily from 7:00 to 21:00. The saunas, steam bath and infrared cabins are switched on daily at 15:00.

 

What is a recuperation pool?
We have supplemented our wellness area perfectly with a recuperation bath. Paddle in a pleasantly heated pool (32°) with the kids or enjoy relaxing massages with high-pressure jets from the calves to the neck after a strenuous day in the mountains.

 

How can I book a massage appointment?
You can book your massage appointment directly at the reception.

 

How can I pay my bill?
We accept cash payments and credit card payments with VISA or Mastercard.

 

Are cots available?
Yes, baby’s and children’s cots, and a child’s chair are available.

 

Where can I keep skis?
We offer a spacious ski cellar.

The surrounding

Where can I buy ski cards?
Directly at reception, with the exception of points cards, extension days and season cards.

 

How far is it to the next restaurant?
Several restaurants can be reached with a leisurely walk, within approx. 5–10 minutes by foot, from the typically Austrian restaurant to the toque-rated tavern.

We will be happy to advise you at reception.

 

How far is it to the closest supermarket/shop?
The closest supermarket is in the village centre of Lech and can be reached in approx. 5–10 minutes by foot.

 

Where can I hire equipment? (Skiers, toboggan, etc.)
You can hire your equipment in the sports shops in Lech. The sports shop Sportalp at the Schlegelkopf lift will deliver your equipment directly to our hotel.

Your arrival

Are there parking facilities directly at the hotel?
An underground garage parking space is inclusive with each room. We ask that you briefly ring at the garage entrance, so that you can drive directly into the garage.

 

Will I need a vignette for the journey there?
Yes, in Austria, vignettes are required on all autobahns and roads.
